where people come to laugh

Before he ever got on stage, Mikey made his way onto Comedy Central. His sophomore year of college he entered Comedy Central’s Open Mic Challenge and was chosen as one of ten winners. A joke of his was shown on the channel during a Lisa Lampanelli special. He was also on MTV in Europe doing a dinosaur impression.

A year after being on Comedy Central, he finally made his way to the stage for the first time. He performed at Tavern at the End of the World in Charlestown, Massachusetts. The dean of his school connected him with a recent graduate who performed comedy. Mikey only went to watch that night, but his new comedian friend signed him up and told him, "No looking back from here."

Since then, he has performed at over 30 bars and clubs in Massachusetts and in New Hampshire. He has headlined Endicott College and performed at Twin River Casino in Rhode Island and Stand Up NY in New York City.

He has participated in the Boston Center for Adult Education’s Closet Comic’s Big Break; a  class and competition judged by Boston comedians and employees of the Wilbur Theater and has opened up for Boston legends Tony V, Ken Rogerson, and Dan Smith.

He runs an entertainment website called Driftmouse and he writes, directs, edits, and acts in his own sketch videos.
